      Pros

      Great Products to work with and great technology , innovation is part of our daily tasks. Great people and work balance is fair.

      Cons

      Sandisk is still a flash maker company and it will be nice to see it growth also to be a software/Hardware company that use flash.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
