Pros

Innovation, clear roles and responsibilities, clear communication from management (at least from my team)

Cons

Benefits are mediocre, no time off for maternity/paternity (required to use own PTO), too many organization changes and layoffs and no time to settle down for execution

Pros

Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

Cons

There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
