Good bonus, Good stock options given at 8$, If you are lucky and have good manager then good RSU. Not much work to do. 4 days dinner in a week.
Cons
Work is boring, I alone worked on more complex block than whole team here. Most of the Managers and Directors have deep insecurity feeling with almost everyone, So if you don't have any exposure with upper management. Not flexible about work timing, you need to be present in office till 7, evenif you don't have any work. Salary level are one of the lowest in industry, though they compensate some with bonus/RSU. Very political about who gets promotion and who does not. So someone would be staff engineer at 6 years of experience while some at 15 years. There is no sick leave, no paternity leave and mandatory shutdown period If you work more than 4-5 years there, your chances of clearing job interview in other company would be very low.. Most of HR is contracted to third party, and they don't care about human issues..
