      Pros

      Few pros, but salary and bonus structure is competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership strategies are not shared throughout the teams, poor cross functional team work, many employees/managers withhold information to get ahead and step over people. No work-life balance very common to see people working in the office past 8pm daily or working 10-14+ hours a day.

      Pros

      Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

      Cons

      There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
