Worst Possible Work Place - Dont ever join this Company - Supply Chain Planner Sanmina Employee Review

I am not sure of the situation in USA but there is alot of Frequent Shutdowns when they are not profitable in Singapore Office. Management only thinking for themselves. Freeze headcount and pay increment. Benefits is very minimal. Pantry look more like washroom as they only have a hot water dispenser and a water cooler. There is not even a coffee machine. Have to pay for dinner and Dance. Turnover rate is very high.
