No raises, no process or structure, no career growth! No one knows what they're doing and pretend like they are. Company is unwilling to invest in equipment and training to support growth. Senior mgmt has no incentive to improve and are very opposed to all changes, team members advocating for improvement consequently burn-out and leave the company. Senior mgmt share nothing about the company's strategy and communicate nothing on how we can differentiate ourselves from competitors, this makes it impossible to feel vested in a broader goal that the company is trying to achieve (if there was any).
