      Pros

      Working with the families, Helping the family on the worst day of their life. Employee's are for the most part great people, This could be a meaningful career if the higher ups wasn't so worried about MONEY.

      Cons

      Commission only, Management could be a lot better educated in the field they are trying to manage. They say they care about the families (some locations do) most don't it's all about quota's and money.
