Pros
Pure and simple, the field of Contract Manufacturing is a tough one. Small margins make the compensation potential minimal if you are working anywhere but in top management. Out on the floor however, in shipping and receiving and in the back rooms, the people are absolutely some of the most hard working people I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my life.
Cons
The top executives and upper management are third world and Machiavellian in their outlook and show 0 respect for their workers. Not to mention the level of NEPOTISIM in management at Sanmina is so rampant that it smacks of collusion in the worst regard. Basically I was part of management at this company for two years and can tell you the corporate culture is sick - emotionally AND mentally and is completely spiritually bankrupt.
