Doesn't pay well - Anonymous employee Sanmina Employee Review

Management needs work. Expect to do more than just your job. Doesn't pay well and won't get a raise unless you are on your way out the door. It took 6 yrs for me and almost leaving to get a raise. The medical insurance is high deductable.
