Pros

Upper management will pretend to care. If you work in finance you might be ok depending on your direct supervisor. Semi flexible-work schedule. When in office dress code is lenient. This makes up for the below industry pay even for those with a degree. The walls are painted with depression and the halls are paved with grumpiness, try not to become consumed with the unhappiness. Have tough skin, stay to yourself, and you might survive.

Cons

Boomer Headquarters. The salary is a joke. Try to ask for what you are worth coming in because the word raise is nonexistent. Most have not received a raise in over 12 yrs. Cost of living increases every year on average by 2.5%, so I hope that you have a spouse/roommate, healthy savings, or part time job to help relieve with bills. Management does not care about employees, some supervisors will dump work onto the team to complete at the last minute. Horrifying organizational skills, poor managerial skills, and lack of leadership.
