Very inefficient and incompetent management - Anonymous employee Sanmina Employee Review

There is a stack of incompetence people that are there for a long time and probably are comfortable or too lazy to find another job. Pays below market, benefits are non-existent, vacation are minimal and must be used in mandatory annual shut down. I just regret I ever accept their offer to work there, unemployment is better.
