Pros
Teams are friendly and helpful, and you get exposure to interesting projects. Management is approachable and encourages cross functional collaboration.
Cons
Things can move slowly because of layers of approvals and given how organisation is structured, global, regional, above countries etc. Workload can get heavy at times, but it’s a decent place to gain experience in pharma.
