Great benefits. A company that truly cares about its employees and their welfare. This place is great for working parents.

Annual increases are small in some years; the value of your salary can erode over time if you stay in the same position.

The company has an excellent, very collegial atmosphere. Employees are supported well and there is excellent support for most processes from numerous line functions.

Some processes as well as the governance structure can be a bit confusing. More so than other large pharma companies. But even with this. There are almost always enough people who know how to get things done.
