Too many silos and ivory towers. Limited growth. Poor communication. Unrealistic expectations of workers. Inability to plan for short or long term. Constant fire fighting. No organized plan for development and growth or if there is one it isn't communicated. Very little support and training of low and middle level management. In effective HR department. Not quality focused.
