      The benefits are great. They have a pension plan that is fully funded and offer 150% in thier 401K plan

      Cons

      Expected to work long hours, weekend, holidays with little reward or overtime. Expected not to know what other people are getting paid but the person's salary requirements are posted on the inteview information

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
