      good pay and benefits and vacation time. Leader decides everything. Good if you fit the profile and don't make waves. Business contributes to human health

      Cons

      Not very open to new ideas, or ideas generated from the bottom up. Needs improvement in diversity and inclusion rather than autocratic decision-making and arbitrary rewards. Good old boy network is dominant
