Pros
Since I have to write 20 words here I'll start my cons here. Everyone is out for themselves people lie and step on other people to make themselves look better if you're not in the clique you're not going anywhere.
Cons
This company exploits the people. There are several people working very hard getting more and more responsibility. But not getting compensated. People are doing jobs two and three levels higher than what they are. And when the raises come out we get 0.5% and told its a budget thing. across the board. Unless your upper management. They only compensate the top 20%. It takes 100% of us to get the job done. It looks to me that they want people to leave. Because they are replacing people with temps but they are not keeping up with the amount of people that are leaving everyone here is extremely stressed and overwhelmed and no one cares.
