Pros
Fast Pace Bio- Tech company, Really have to work hard to prove yourself. Overall good learning experience personally as well as professionally.
Cons
Manager's are not professional, no growth oriented attitude towards their people. Worst management in Quality Group. People get promoted based upon how close and friendly you are with your managers and not with how hard you work or how much professionally qualified you are.
