Pros
Good people, opportunities for overtime, option to buy extra week holiday, bank holidays off, decent training and opportunities to move to different business areas. Management in my experience was good for the most part and I felt supported by most of my managers.
Cons
Could be difficult to get holidays, progression to management opportunities few and far in between, poor pay compared to similar jobs in other banks, bonus structure used to be better but company rewards those in higher positions disproportionately instead of those at the bottom who represent the company which is very unfair.
