Small office environment. No investment in people or the branch. There is a lack of staffing in key areas with no career path. If you are not from Spain you are at a disadvantage. Very bureaucratic and political. Lack of raises since 2008. None of the senior management are all imports that stay for a few years and go back to Madrid so they have no stake.
