This company is truly dysfunctional and each area operates in a vacuum. There is no clear vision or strategy for the future. There are some amazing leaders at the company and it is absolutely amazing that they choose to stay.
Cons
This is a company that does not value its employees. They are overworked and undervalued. There is no incentive given to stay at the company long term. The organization is poorly structured and the cultural is dysfunctional.
