Pros

Culture of free food: ice cream, cheese, lunches, etc. Middle of the road benefits. Lots of opportunity for lateral transfers and promotions due to high turnover.

Cons

They are going through growing pains. I think they bought too many small businesses and are having trouble integrating them and communicating effectively. They give lip service to being LGBTQ friendly. Expect staff at all levels to put in extra hours with little to no notice. Hourly staff are sent home, with no pay, due to poor planning. I just left them. And that is when I found out that my health insurance ended at midnight that day, even though I paid for my health insurance from my paycheck every 2 weeks - so, I paid for days when I will not be able to use the insurance. They will not pro-rate the funds.
