Pros
Great team. They're still a small/medium sized property management company. So it doesn't feel like there is a crazy hierarchy. Since they are growing there is good potential for growth if you are able to wait for it. Great competitive pay for similar jobs.
Cons
They are slowly growing. There is a small presence in the NW so they are still making a name for themselves. There is always the possibilities of more growth, but it all depends on timing and patience. Any other cons are just basic complainants you will deal with in any property management company.
