      Very corporate work Backwards policies regarding work from home or abroad. Very very negatively strict on this. My biggest dissatisfaction. 25 days pay leave where other companies offer 30. Very often difficult to balance work-life due to overload

      Pros

      Exciting industry, but they advertise as Airbus until you get an offer

      Cons

      Gaslighting is prevalent. Ageism is rampant. Very little opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is key and management pretends to be caring but will turn on you in a heartbeat if you actually open up to them with an issue.
