There is nothing special about this typical staffing company.
Cons
1. Typical and greedy staffing company. 2. Poor communication and management skills displayed at all levels (recruiters and management). 3. No active resolution of issues by management. Management doesn't actively try to resolve an issue. They just care about the money. 4. No integrity by management to honor the contractual terms. Just because I left the contract for personal reasons, and they lost the money-making opportunity, they are crying now and not honoring the contractual payment terms. Yes, I am going through arbitration and will file a lawsuit too to recoup the costs. 5. No clarity in their communication. The recruiter told me that there would be a client interview but it was just an internal call. 6. No time management skills and no respect for others. A so-called Sr Management guy was supposed to call but never called on the said date and time. 7. More focus on the clients (who pay them) and no respect for the candidates (who help earn money for them)
