Pros
The people I work with as well as getting lunch every month
Cons
I've observed that upper management tends to prioritize the workload for the first shift, which can lead to unequal opportunities for employees on other shifts. There were instances where I was taken off certain assignments for extended periods, sometimes months, which affected my skill development and daily variety. A notable advantage for the first shift is that setups are typically completed before my shift even begins. Additionally, I experienced safety concerns with a specific job I was repeatedly assigned to, which caused pain in my wrist. Despite bringing this issue to management's attention, it was unfortunately overlooked. This lack of attention to safety can be worrying.
