Bad Management, they care little for there workers and there is little communication and input with regards to new policy changes and the like. The lead hands expect too much for the rate of pay you're getting. No career advancement. You can work as hard as you like, but you're getting no further than the guy who is never there on Fridays and shows up late regularly.
