Pros
The finance department is great. All of the people who work in the finance department are courteous and kind. The controller does a lot to ensure each department is doing okay. Everyone works very well together to get things done.
Cons
I’m not sure how much room for growth there is in the finance department. There are a lot of internal opportunities.
