Emphasis appears to be on filling the office rather than enabling strong, flexible teams. Excessive interview process. Five to six rounds without added clarity on culture or expectations — a significant time investment with limited payoff. Compensation and benefits are just okay. Not competitive enough to offset the lack of flexibility. No clear growth path. Limited visibility into career progression, roadmap, or long-term role development. High tolerance for attrition. Leadership appears willing to lose strong contributors to maintain the RTO stance. Product maturity concerns. Customers evaluating the software should proceed with caution and request clear QA documentation or conduct an extended trial before committing.
