      Decent salary and quick interview process.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is through the roof. Constantly hiring new associates. They hire people with former jail history, which there is nothing wrong with that, but some of them can be sketch at times. Some of their practices could be better. The delivery guys always want to argue with management etc...
