Pros
If you work with good people, the days go by so quickly. As long as you keep up with the quota, you're pretty much okay. The benefits are good and if the store does a great job, there may be bonuses.
Cons
If you're allergic to dust, DO NOT WORK HERE! It can get messy, you don't know what you'll find in those boxes/bags. It's a physically tiring job that requires repetitive movement, so you might get random aches and pains. If the supervisors aren't good, it may make work harder.
