      The people ("team members") I work with make the job bearable. We encourage each other and the support is amazing,

      Cons

      Management is as untrained and ignorant. They point fingers at each other and team members for own mistakes. Work conditions are atrocious. Being forced to put out merchandise crawling with baby cockroaches. They infested the toy department at our store.
