      Great recycling program. Feels good for the environment and reuse. Good Discount. Positive Teams. Emphasis on safety and working without injury. Good flexible scheduling. You don't ever run out of things to do.

      Cons

      Heavy efficiency expectations. Demanding physical work. Boring repetitive tasks. Constant strive for better efficiencies. Poor communication.
