Pros
Excellent coworkers, high growth, reasonable pace of change. I found that all levels of management were approachable and stuck by the open door policy. Even during very stressful times a positive outlook was maintained.
Cons
Can take a bit longer than you want for decisions to get made but in general the teams were able to work together and deliver satisfactory results.
