Team Member - Production Team Member Savers Employee Review

Robotic assembly line with bad pay, time pressures, very little regard for opinions of workers, dusty & dirty environment, little incentive/opportunity for personal development - operations team may have different experience however I noticed they were mostly standing around while I was being rushed & bossed around. The racks got disorganized quickly and it seemed the operations team was dropping the ball. Very good people work here however and it was a pleasure to work with them.
