Pros
Awesome group of people. Co workers are the nicest bunch I have met. You can learn from other areas of the store. Hours are somewhat stable.
Cons
Pay is very low. There's no much room for advancement within the company. Management is bad, with the exception of a couple people. It can be a rather unwelcoming environment for older folks, people from other countries specially from part of managers or supervisors.
