Cons
Like in most large corporations, particularly retail. The Lions share of the compensation and perks, go to those who have never actually worked in the plant. I'm not talking about a summer in school or an internship here and there of a week or two. The upper management? above store level. Are really out of touch with the reality of the jobs.
