Co-workers are allowed to speak to each other however they choose. No real training. Except for Hurry and Do More. Management is a joke. They like to think they run the show but they just stand around until your so far beaten down by this work and then come and lend and hand while your still working and say see how fast they can get the job done. Yeah Right!
