Pros
- Good colleagues to work with - Easy work, nothing too challenging - Pay is decent - Lenient on shift swaps providing someone covers your shift
Cons
- Usually only about 3/4 people working on a shift which creates quite a big workload - Some of the management staff don't do any actual work other than lifts and facing off, then give all the rest of the work to employees - Minimum minimum minimum wage, I cannot stress this enough - Customers are nitpicky about money and shop lifting occurs quite a lot
