Pros

Some co workers, some customers, paid vacation/sick time after a certain point, quarterly bonus (if your team hits all the expectations/goals)

Cons

Some co workers, some customers, the stress, meeting goals and expectations, the pressure to work faster with a smile, the working conditions (Milpitas store needs a better building), majority of your bonus will go straight to taxes, no advancement (they hire outside of the company than empower within), their food selections for sale days may be the same thing over and over, Savers cares more about hitting the number than investing in their buildings, and their workers, low pay, lack of predictable hours and days in advance, they use their store meeting/department meetings talking about how wonderful their stores is doing or how poor their store is doing but never about empowering their employees and when you bring things up their minimize it, ants (Milpitas, Ca location), they pay the newer employees higher wages than those who come previously. You may start off with 8 or 9 dollars but in a couple of months or a year or two the new person may come in with an extra dollar or two. They don't really pay base on experience and merit but filling in the slots and what corporate/hr requires. So what's the point in having that degree and experience under your belt?
