Pros
Establishes connections with customers, coworkers and supervisors/managers are very friendly and understanding, flexible with scheduling, hiring process is very easy and quick. Managers like to give people free lunch on their birthday, and there is holiday pay too.
Cons
Have to interact with rude customers on nearly a daily basis, have seen a customer make a coworker cry on three separate occasions. I have witnessed a lot of theft and tag switching from customers and it is an ongoing issue. It does not help that there is little to no security, other than the store cameras, which are never properly used. There are some employees that keep getting away with calling out more often than should be allowed. Lastly, the company keeps going over payroll for whatever reason, so from time to time they have to send someone home early.
