Pros
I've been at Saviynt for about 6 months now. First month as a contractor, and the rest as a full time employee. I jumped at the opportunity to get the full time position at Saviynt because I saw the vision and the potential of building a world class marketing and sales operations team here at Saviynt. - You get to own your respective role and be a Leader. There's a ton of innovation and possibly here at Saviynt since we're in the "building" stage. So all ideas and past successes are on the table as a way to improve current workflows and processes. - As Saviynt's and the world has moved to a remote workforce and a remote first environment, we have the ability to work from home full-time, which I believe the company will continue to practice even after current situation COVID-19. - The company's growth and total address market is heading us on a path to "unicorn" status, which professionally is a huge PRO for anyone involved. - Team building Fridays occasionally with Game shows, drinks, and some end of day fun.
Cons
- First time fully onboarding remotely - So it was a bit of a newer disjointed type of feel for myself haven't not met ANYONE at the company in person
