In 20-plus years working in the industry, Saviynt is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. The entire management team is laughably incompetent. Having an engineer as CEO has not served them well, and the sales leadership from the CRO down were mostly all fired from their last companies and Saviynt picked them up at discount. You know all those stereotypes about sleazy used car salesmen? Yep, that's senior sales leadership. They will pressure the rep non-stop and come up with the slimiest gimmicks to coerce your customers into buying software that doesn't work 99% of the time. That $800K deal? The SVP will discount it 90% to get it in the last day of the quarter when the customer indicated he would buy in a week for the full $800K. So good luck making your number! And as I mentioned, the software is crap and doesn't work, so kiss your reputation in your region goodbye, as all your customers will hate you. Leadership also floods the region with reps, so with the very few accounts you have, you will not make your number. It's the old sleazy practice of putting 4 reps in a territory that can only accommodate one rep, and then firing the 3 that finished the year at 15% (see above slimy sales practices from leadership). None of the good leaders or sales engineers stay here for more than a year. Once the smart people figure out the software doesn't work and the senior leadership isn't fit to flip burgers at McDonalds, they leave. Run, don't walk, from this company.
