Pros

Nice people. Workplace is relaxed and open to flex time or working remotely if needed. Best bet for future growth is in the admissions area.

Cons

Very few support level positions (assistants, reception, mailroom etc.) if you are interested in that. Admissions is the best bet for a growth area.

Pros

Remote work, but the other counselors worked with me to help meet new goals because the company lacks counselors and relevant prospective students.

Cons

Horrific training, and a lack of communication regarding stretch goals that were subject to change week to week. Also, poor management of viable leads, but if you are a new counselor you will be held to the same weekly goals as a senior counselor even though the senior has a very mature pipeline of viable students.
