Pros
Off premise was great, but avoid being "promoted" to on premise for the same pay.
Cons
Management was unknowing about the local climate for the job and unwilling to listen to suggestions. When initially hired candidates were told upward mobility was clear but all the people I started with are still unable to be promoted 3 years later despite great performance in the same route. Unrealistic expectations were placed (500 account route, little to no budget in a pay to play environment, redundant procedures that changed every 3 months) which led to burn out.
