Pros
Schaefer cares about it's people. They invest in training and development and culture (fun activities for everyone) and have a mentorship program. Schaefer also allows engineers to focus on diverse projects and empowers them to manage projects and become owners at the firm. We just moved into our new Cincinnati office late last year and that has allowed us to have a more open environment with additional flexibility.
Cons
Schaefer is growing and there are some growing pains , however overall, it's a great place to work.
