      Pros

      Diverse projects with a strong emphasis on employee development. Great staff and lots of smart talented people willing to help and bounce ideas off of. Very understanding / flexible regarding working from home and alternate schedules.

      Cons

      Office can be a bit noisy. While the company does lots of different project types, you need to be vocal is you don't want to be pigeonholed into one market.

      Pros

      They have extremely talented engineers, a great culture founded in a family, and you will work on a lot of projects.

      Cons

      Leadership was racist towards me by commenting microagressions. And I was dismissed by HR, and they did not listen to me. Lack of non white employees. They recruit from the same schools and do not seem to be interested in gaining employees from other networks. When employees leave, they do not return.
