Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! Our culture, team members, and quality are very important to us, so we appreciate hearing about your experience. The topic of certifications and career progression is on the agenda of most of our recent leadership meetings. While we believe that certifications are one measure to exemplify experience and skill set, we recognize that the message and priority of experience and skill set has not been clear.
