      Pros

      Pay is pretty good, ESOP is great, having access to a health insurance policy is important. Lots of free lunches.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is always a challenge. Need to live for the job. Culture is also changing, so appreciation for the work and respect toward employees is less than it was.

      Genuinely feel like the company cares about its employees and innovation, which I think brings natural success and good morale. Everyone is very smart, helpful, and has a good sense of humor.

      Health insurance is a little weak.
