      Great Work-Life Balance. Easy to manage life outside of work.

      Cons

      Low pay. Benefits could be better. No 401k contributions. Uneven opportunity for advancement across different departments. Some groups are growing rapidly while some are not.

      Genuinely feel like the company cares about its employees and innovation, which I think brings natural success and good morale. Everyone is very smart, helpful, and has a good sense of humor.

      Health insurance is a little weak.
